Patrick Kuhl

As a User Interface and Experience Web Designer, Patrick takes Small Giants’ client’s goals and aspirations in mind to create beautiful websites that drive high value and wow factor. Through working in a high volume & fast-paced environment, Patrick has had experience will all types of industries bringing this knowledge and experience to every project to ensure the highest quality for all present and future clients.

Patrick brings four years of professional web design experience having previously worked with a major hosting company, Newfold Digital (formerly known as Endurance International) which owns multiple hosting brands such as Bluehost and HostGator. Patrick assists Small Giants’ new and current clients by bringing their vision and business to life with a beautiful new website design optimized for all devices. Exceeding client expectations in every way possible.

Outside of the office, Patrick enjoys computer programming, gaming, concerts & music festivals, and traveling the world (he has already checked off all 50 states and currently working on hitting all major continents).

Noah Klaus

Noah brings a mix of hands-on industry experience and marketing knowledge to Small Giants in his position of Digital Marketing Assistant. In his role, some of Noah’s tasks include managing paid digital ads, creating digital platform reports, overseeing data and analytics, and assisting with social media.

Before joining the Small Giants team, Noah served as a Project Manager at a roofing company in his native Colorado where he coordinated and oversaw a variety of trades, managed the company’s Google Business Profile account, and presented to clients. While attending Metro State University in Denver, Noah obtained his undergraduate degree in Marketing.

Outside of work Noah enjoys going on walks, playing soccer, reading books, and traveling any time he can.

Kendall Rohrer

As a marketing assistant, Kendall is responsible for social media coverage, assisting in marketing efforts, coordination of marketing services and supporting events. She joins Small Giants after serving as the Director of Volleyball Relations at Grand Canyon University, where she was responsible for organizing team activities, operating social media accounts and organizing events.

She has also worked as a public relations intern at a large national firm, and while in that role she created and launched an early version of the company’s Instagram page, wrote press releases and researched and entered award submittals.

Kendall holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing, both degrees coming from Grand Canyon University. As a student at Grand Canyon, Kendall was a member of the NCAA Division I women’s volleyball team. When away from work, Kendall enjoys playing with her dog, going on hikes and coaching club volleyball.

Meet Husef, a distinguished web UI/UX designer, at Small Giants, where he manages every facet of the web development journey. where he oversees the entire web development process. From initial planning and analysis to design, development, and delivery, Husef is the creative force behind crafting exceptional digital experiences. With an impressive career spanning 11 years, he infuses each project with a unique artistic flair, tailoring website designs to individual clients for an extraordinary user journey.

Husef’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in computer animation from the Art Institute of Phoenix, complemented by a certificate in teacher education for the arts from Ottawa University of Phoenix. Born in Puerto Rico, he cultivated his artistic talents through self-guided exploration. Husef’s passion lies in freehand drawing and bringing those intricate illustrations to life with vibrant digital paintings, masterfully created using tools like Photoshop. Each artwork enriches his grasp of artistic fundamentals, enhancing his skills as a true virtuoso.

Skilled not only in intricate digital painting but also in graphic design and web development, Husef truly personifies versatility. However, beyond his professional pursuits, he holds a deep appreciation for cherished moments with his beloved family and delights in outdoor BBQ gatherings.

Sarah Schild

Sarah is instrumental in content creation, strategy, and execution to reach clients’ overall marketing and business development goals. Additionally, she is responsible for managing the tasks of the digital content team, public relations efforts, media buys, as well as editorial calendar organization. She believes in Small Giants’ core value of “DELIVERY” passionately as it drives her to strive for excellent execution through an efficient process, high-quality standards, and a value-add mindset.

Sarah has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2014, starting as the Editor-in-Chief of Commercial Executive Magazine and holding positions in the real estate development and brokerage realms for international and national firms. Sarah earned her BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from The Walter Cronkite School at Arizona State University and her MBA from Grand Canyon University. She also holds an active real estate license for the state of Arizona.

Sarah’s industry-related fun fact is that she was the buyer representative for the house she and her husband currently reside in. When she’s not working, Sarah enjoys yoga, baking, reading, and hiking with her dog.

Steve Burks

As PR Specialist, Steve expertly positions our clients as market leaders through his ability to tell stories through press releases, award submittals and creative writing.

Before Small Giants, Steve worked as a journalist in Arizona for more than 20 years. He began his career in Yuma at the Yuma Daily Sun, where he worked his way up to Sports Editor. Steve then worked for 15 years for the East Valley Tribune in Mesa in the sports department. At the Tribune, he was a writer, editor and page designer. Most recently, Steve spent more than two years as the Associate Editor for AZRE Magazine, covering the commercial real estate industry in the Phoenix market.

Steve has a B.A. in English from Nebraska Wesleyan University. He was inducted into the school’s Athletic Hall of Fame in 2010. While not at work, Steve is likely attending one of his children’s sporting events or spending time with his family.

Jeremiah Schenck

As digital marketing specialist, Jeremiah leads and assists the marketing team with a variety of tasks, including, social media account management, data and analytics oversight, and digital platform report creation. In addition, he assists the visual media team with photography at live events.

Jeremiah earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing and a Certificate in Design Technologies from the University of Colorado Boulder. While in school he was a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and took part in various marketing activities, including the promotion of X-Games Aspen.

Outside of work Jeremiah enjoys staying active and being outside; some of his favorite activities are hiking, reading books, photography, and snowboarding.

Tiffany Ellington

As Client Services Manager, Tiffany works with clients, bringing her experience with analytics to influence strategy and produce the best results for their marketing needs.

Tiffany graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Digital Audiences. During her time in college, she served as the ASU Public Relations Student Society of America Chapter President, the Western District Ambassador, and the PRSSA National Vice President of Chapter Development where she worked with over 350 chapters and led a team of 24 District Ambassadors to maintain connectivity and growth opportunities in the society.

When she’s not working, Tiffany enjoys staying active, reading, and serving on the board of Kids Need to Read a national non-profit dedicated to literacy.

Danielle Feroleto

Danielle Feroleto, CPSM, founded Small Giants in 2006. The firm’s foundation of exclusively serving the CRE and AEC industries was borne out of Danielle’s background in commercial construction in several capacities, including editor for two construction publications, and marketing and business development for a large general contractor for nearly a decade. The result has been passion, application and understanding the industry to serve more than 300 clients in achieving their goals and visions to compete at the highest level. In 2015, Danielle was named one of the “Most Influential Women in Commercial Real Estate.”

Positioned in the heart of strategy, Danielle contributes her time to clients with the facilitation of strategic plans, executing client and trade partner perception studies, and leading project pursuits through competitive coaching, strategy and executing innovative persuasive approaches.

With her never-ending passion for strategy, execution and mentoring, Danielle pioneered the first marketing and business development course at the Del E. Webb School of Construction at ASU in 2014, where she has served as an associate faculty member, educating hundreds of future construction professionals. In addition, her book “The Truth Helps: An Honest, Straightforward Guide to Project Interview Success,” has served as a guiding light for teams to win projects.

Danielle has received several formal acknowledgments for her leadership, influence, work in the community and thought-leadership. While her enthusiasm for CRE remains constant, her interests are ever-changing and have led her to learn more about competitive running, swimming, and even archery.

Danielle earned a Masters in Mass Communication from ASU, and she currently resides in Phoenix with her husband and daughter.

Allie Austin

With boundless energy and a positive spirit, Allie assists the marketing team on a variety of tasks, while managing her own client accounts. Just a few of her efforts include working on social media account management, website design and editing, data and analytical report creation, and all of the Small Giants’ internal marketing initiatives. Allie also is involved in ad sales for Mile High CRE, a commercial real estate industry news website covering the Denver market.

Allie graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado-Boulder, majoring in psychology with a minor in business. While there, Allie was the social media director for her sorority and helped with video editing and marketing communication for a healthcare company during the Covid-19 pandemic.

A native of Colorado, Allie spends her time away from the office traveling, skiing, skydiving, and doing watercolor painting.

Allie is also an active member of AGC Colorado.
