She has worked in marketing for the design and construction industry since 2003, and in 2015 moved to Colorado to lead the expansion of Small Giants in the Denver market. In addition to her duties, she focuses on Denver’s business development to showcase Small Giants as an industry marketing expert.
With certification as a social marketing specialist as well as HootSuite certification, Kimberly has managed social media platforms, actively engaged with the followers, and tracked the positive results for clients such as Valley Partnership, USGBC Arizona, and the Arizona and Colorado chapters of CoreNet Global and the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS). She has also led event social media campaigns for local and national conferences, including the 2012 to 2014 ACEC Arizona Roads and Streets conference, the 2014 APWA Arizona Statewide Conference, and the 2015 and 2016 SMPS Southwest Regional Conference. Through a firm belief that a company’s website can make or break their business, Kimberly has assisted in the development of more than 200 responsive and optimized A/E/C and CRE-related websites since 2009. In addition to handing over brand new, user-friendly sites to clients, Kimberly frequently works with returning customers to update sites with the latest trends and requirements.
With more than 13 years of proposal experience, Kimberly focuses on finding ways to make long texts shorter and more visually appealing with graphics. She works to know which finished projects have similarities to project pursuits, allowing her to craft proposals that speak clearly to the level and breadth of company experience.
In addition to serving as the Communications Chair of CoreNet Global’s Colorado Chapter, Kimberly serves as the Denver Chapter President of The BD Guild, and the Communications Chair and Advisory Board for A Precious Child.
Kimberly became a Valley Partnership Advocates Program graduate in 2014, was named the 2010 Rising Star by SMPS Arizona, and in 2011, was named an Up & Coming Person to Know by AZ Big Media.
