Outside's best places to workSmall Giants, LLC. has been selected as one of OUTSIDE Magazine’s Best Places to Work. The winning companies provide great workplaces for employees and encourage a balance between work and enjoying life in the great outdoors, while focusing on supportive work practices.

“We are truly honored to not only be a part of this list, but to be the only Arizona-based company in the top 50 workplaces,” said Danielle Feroleto, founder and president of Small Giants. “The rigorous process to be nominated, interviewed, garner employee surveys and perceptive is a true testament to the selective nature of this award. Our employees truly live out their commitment to embracing a well-rounded, collaborative culture through health and wellness activities, team activities, fitness challenges and sports outings.”

“Companies from across the country entered a rigorous two-part survey process to make the winning list,” said Abigail Wise, OUTSIDE online managing editor. “Employees took part in a survey to measure personal experience, while The Best Companies Group evaluated each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics.”

This is OUTSIDE’s eleventh year providing the Best Places to Work, and 2018 the list became extremely competitive, naming only 50 to the list versus 100 in previous years.
