Marketing Coordinator

Small Giants Recruiting is representing a leading general contracting firm in seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their firm. The Mesa-based firm is seeking an experienced and creative marketing professional with a proven ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that support business, build the brand and increase awareness of their services.

The core duties will include all aspects of marketing for a general contracting firm, including proposal writing and development, leading the creative and on-line marketing presence, generating marketing and sales collateral material and periodically attend networking events.


Summary of main responsibilities:
• Proposal Development: Research, prepare the written response, design layout and graphics
• Attend pre-submittal conferences
• Prepare presentations and material for interviews and prepare the interview team
• Develop and maintain database of project information
• Maintain vendor registrations
• Organization—creating an organized, current, streamlined marketing that results in consistency, efficiency, and the ability to respond to marketing needs in an organized, customized manner.
• Develop marketing and advertising campaigns, media relationships and press releases
• Manage online presence - social media and website maintenance
• Create and maintain promotional materials inventory
• Attend business development seminars, networking events, trade shows and other BD forums


Requirements:
• B.S. in marketing, journalism or other related major. Minimum of 5 years marketing experience in the commercial real estate industry or closely related field.
• Proficiency with InDesign; Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, MS Suite
• Deadline-oriented.
• Well organized, with the ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines, be creative, personable, and enthusiastic.
• Excellent writing and graphic design skills.
• Must have understanding of and the ability to write responses to technical questions about construction processes such as project delivery methods, scheduling, project management etc.
• Demonstrates understanding of marketing and public relations, and working knowledge of firms’ business and objectives.

Marketing Manager

Small Giants Recruiting is representing a leading commercial real estate firm in seeking a Marketing Manager to join their firm. The Phoenix-based firm is seeking an experienced and creative marketing professional with a proven ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that support business, build the brand and increase awareness of their services.

The core duties will include all aspects of marketing for a commercial real estate firm, including leading the creative and on-line marketing presence, generating marketing and sales collateral material and all activities related to the marketing and branding of the company.


Summary of main responsibilities:
• Manage staff and coordinate the marketing and creative needs of several departments within the company.
• Prepare marketing materials, property sheets and direct mail campaigns for listings.
• Writing/editing and development of customized proposals and sales packets.
• Graphic design and photography coordination.
• Develop and maintain marketing information systems (resumes, property information, project description files, etc).
• Develop and maintain marketing budget.
• Execute strategic marketing plan activities to accomplish tactical goals.
• Develop and maintain marketing measurement tools (win/loss reports, social media, eblast click-throughs, etc.).
• Create and edit presentations for prospect/client meetings.
• Assist in the preparation to produce large marketing presentations, often with a short lead-time.
• Assist with gathering research information and completing market surveys, including gathering building information, maps and pictures, CoStar data, and creating building tour books.
• Perform analytical searches in CoStar/LoopNet.
• Update and maintain professional profiles and other marketing related material as needed.


Requirements:
• B.S. in marketing, journalism or other related major. Minimum of 5 years marketing experience in the commercial real estate industry or closely related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Photoshop, Co-Star/LoopNet, MailChimp
• Deadline-oriented.
• Well organized, persistent, tactful and enthusiastic. Works well with all types and levels of people, and without close supervision.
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrates understanding of marketing and public relations, and working knowledge of firms’ business and objectives.
• Ability to develop marketing programs through both original contributions and refinement of existing activities.
